STRESS MANAGEMENT

We all free stress from time to time, it’s a natural thing, however stress unrecognised and unmanaged tends to seep into every aspect of our lives, weakening our ability to work effectively, live life freely and can have detrimental impact on our overall health.  

Therefore, within this programme we look at how to identify our own stress, we pin-point those early Warning signs and try to understand the main contributors to our stress, followed by working together to develop a plan for managing our stress.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Conflict can pop-up in our everyday lives, at home, in relationships, in the workplace, no matter where it appears, it can have detrimental impacts on our ability to achieve our goals, enjoy life and develop our skills. This is why understanding how to manage and move past conflict is vital.

RESILIENCE TRAINING

Personal resilience is unquestionably the most impart means of coping well during challenging times, however we don’t often prioritise the practice of resilience. This training course introduces participants to skills and techniques that will increase their confidence and self-belief in their ability to ‘bounce back’ from the mainly pressures and difficulties they may face in the world of work and further afield.  

Focus on staff development of resilience is beneficial at all levels, as it enhances participants ability to overcome set-backs and challenges, to better support their teams and enhance lines of communication within an organisation.
